Pros: Facilitated a wheelchair van purchase for us & made it easy. Rarely are specialized ADA requests (in general) easy, so ths was an unexpected relief. They gave various hands-on/walk-through exposure so we could select the right vehicle options for our needs. Cons: Todd is a very nice guy and pleasant to work with, but can be a bit forgetful. More of an issue is communication — once an inordinate amount of time trying to get a hold of him with no return calls and no updates from the secretarial staff). Enough is enough, I’m a firm believer in working with integrity and working on vehicles as if your loved ones are driving it. Second time nowthat this facility has left the screws loose that secure the cover for the chain mechanism that brings the ramp out. 5 screws loose, one- ok things happen, but 5! I ask that this company take a moment and have a team meeting and review their standard operating procedures. I don’t feel my brothers are safe in this vehicle. Show Less

Excellent customer service and instructions on how to operate the van. We rented for the first time today. My mother had a specialist appointment t a hospital. My mother had a massive stroke almost a year ago and is bedridden. Today was the first day my mother left her home without being in an ambulance. The appointment was a success and you should have seen all the smiles on my mother's face.What a very positive experience!
