Excellent customer service and instructions on how to operate the van. We rented for the first time today. My mother had a specialist appointment t a hospital. My mother had a massive stroke almost a year ago and is bedridden. Today was the first day my mother left her home without being in an ambulance. The appointment was a success and you should have seen all the smiles on my mother's face.What a very positive experience!
